Break all guild Empty Break all guild

Due to some database problem. I have deleted all Guild in databse.
I'm so sorry. This is to fixed the guild problem with emblem and skill not performing
very well. I hope the GL of the main race understands.

GL of HellBourne and Showstopper should pm me.
