Changelogs
• Dispel delay is reduce back to 3 sec.
• Backsliding, Tarot Card, Ice Wall is disabled in RW.
• Slightly increase Mastela Fruit Heal.
• MVP Card Drop rate inc. to 0.50%.

I totally disagree w/ the 3 sec delay of Dispel since the Effect is 100% and can not reduce the percentage.. it can be spammed on all opposing players.. in Just a minute >.<, 10 people or more..

Okay the decision is final.. 3 sec delay is all i can get. Since the default delay is 0 sec. i can't go any further. it will make prof useless in game. Understand this, that in the officialRO dispel sec delay is 0 and the Percentage is 100% normal.

Yes it maybe the default but its not like the official.. this server has special gears.. in my opinion and what i had observe there can't be only 1 skill a prof can use.. like for example Stone curse, Landpro, and Cobweb this skill what i have mentioned is spamable then if you will include dispel 3sec delay what would happen?.. spamming spells around 10 people out of 5 = pawned.. as you see it during RACE WAR.. but its still your decision and its final..
