I've managed to patch the game and log on and created my character but i get this error message when i log oin:

NOTE: Please make sure you patch up to the latest patch with Ragray.exe.

Solution:
1. Open your RO folder and make sure it's not in your C:\Program Files.

2. Open your data folder.

3. Look for a folder named lua files.

4. Remove the lau files folder.

5. Play.

I hope this works

by patch do you mean i have to open up the rag.exe and let it do a few hours of patching?

Make sure your ragray and your HarshRO client is in the same folder and make sure its up to date..

Once you downloaded the latest Ragray files all you need to do is to unzip the HarshRO client in the same folder..
and I think you overwrited your HarshRO files w/c is caused you Error.. I suggest you redownload a fresh Ragray Renewal files to avoid Errors..
